Do you want to begin an exercise routine, but not sure where to start?
Rachel Howard is a fully qualified Personal Trainer based in North Dorset with a passion for helping people begin their fitness journey.
Rachel is there to help develop your confidence – guiding you through and performing each exercise correctly and safely and there to help you acknowledge what you are capable of.
If you are new to exercise, or just new to small group training, Rachel can help you reach your goals. Whether that’s improving your everyday fitness, improving your mental health through exercise, improving your confidence, weight loss, fat loss or increasing your strength, she is the perfect trainer for you.
FULL BODY STRENGTH:
Start your week strong. This 30minute class comprises of a short mobility warm up, a priming sequence to get your body ready for two strength circuits. These include lower body, upper body and core movements.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING: (online only)
Wednesday 7.30pmA super fun 30 minute sweat class that requires zero kit, and is a great way to boost your energy mid week.
LOWER BODY AND CORE STRENGTH:
This 30 minute class focuses on your legs, glutes, abs and core, along with cardiovascular fitness. A great morning class to energise you for the day.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Where will the classes be held? Rachel is currently running sessions in Winterborne Whitechurch Village Hall. However, more villages are being looked in to so if you have a location request please get in touch. Indoor sessions will commence once permitted.
Do I need any experience? No! Rachel works primarily with beginners so is able to adapt any exercise to your level.
How long will the session last? Each class will last just over 30 minutes.
How big will the class be? Classes will currently have a maximum of 12 people. Each station will be at least 2 metres from each other and at present, no equipment will be used to minimise any risk. Please bring your own mat, water and sweat towel (if you need them).
How much will the class be? Classes are £3 per person and booking is essential. Block bookings are available at the start of each month, making each class £2.50.
What should I wear/what should I bring with me? You don’t need any specific clothing for these sessions. Just something that you can move freely in like a Tshirt and leggings/shorts. Any trainer style shoe will be fine. Please bring your own water and a towel/mat. Please also bring a signed PAR-Q form to your first class.
I’m a bit nervous..what can I expect? Doing something new is always a bit daunting. However, Rachel knows how it feels to be a beginner and will help put you at ease as soon as you meet her. All exercises will be explained and demonstrated, and adaptations will be made for you if needed. Rachel is there to gently and kindly push you to help you achieve things you never thought possible, but there will be no judgement or punishments. If you are nervous, just drop Rachel a message at any time prior to the class and she can help put your mind at ease.
What if I need to cancel my place? We understand that these things happen. If you have booked a place and need to cancel, please just give Rachel as much notice as possible. Please respect that with current limitations on group size, Rachel will be unable to issue a refund, but may be able to give you credit towards a future class depending on how much notice was given.
