Start your week strong. This 30minute class comprises of a short mobility warm up, a heart raising sequence to get your body ready for two strength circuits. These include lower body, upper body and core movements.
CLASS BENEFITS: This class is great for strength building and fat loss. Maintaining or increasing muscle mass and strength allows your body to burn more calories while at rest. The more muscle you have, the higher your calorie burn throughout the day, even when you’re sitting on the sofa!

The first thing you might think of when you hear the word ‘Bootcamp’ is a military style PT shouting at you while you do 50 press ups. Please don’t let that put you off as that’s not me…Knowing when to push you in an effort to give you your desired results, but also knowing when to hold back and give you a break, I will listen to you and treat you as an individual. I will keep you continuously progressing both mentally and physically.
