OUTDOOR CIRCUITS/STRENGTH CLASSES: £3.50 Pay As You Go (£3 if block booking at the start of the month)
Monday 6.30pm – Winterborne Whitechurch Dunbury School Playing Field
Start your week strong. This 30minute class comprises of a short mobility warm up, a heart raising sequence to get your body ready for two strength circuits. These include lower body, upper body and core movements.
CLASS BENEFITS: This class is great for strength building and fat loss. Maintaining or increasing muscle mass and strength allows your body to burn more calories while at rest. The more muscle you have, the higher your calorie burn throughout the day, even when you’re sitting on the sofa!

INDOOR TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING: £4 Pay As You Go
Wednesday 7.30pm – Winterborne Whitechurch Dunbury School Sports Hall
A super fun 30 minute sweat class that requires zero kit, and is a great way to boost your energy mid week.
CLASS BENEFITS: This class is great for cardiovascular health, strength building and fat loss. It is intense, and combines cardio and conditioning for a full on, high energy workout. We will combine high intensity strength exercises with minimal rest, and the class will work wonders for both your body and your mind.

OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP: £3.50 Pay As You Go

The first thing you might think of when you hear the word ‘Bootcamp’ is a military style PT shouting at you while you do 50 press ups. Please don’t let that put you off as that’s not me…Knowing when to push you in an effort to give you your desired results, but also knowing when to hold back and give you a break, I will listen to you and treat you as an individual. I will keep you continuously progressing both mentally and physically.
CLASS BENEFITS: This class will work your heart and lungs and will give almost every muscle in your body a workout.
