Give me 8 weeks and I will give you the accountability and motivation you need to get the best results you’ve ever had. I’ve designed this programme to get you stronger and fitter, to stay motivated and feel the healthiest you have ever felt.

BEGINNER Give Me Strength Club is for you if:
* you’re committed to be a stronger, healthier version of yourself, but you just need a little guidance
* you want to start training but don’t know where to start or what to do
* ​you’re ready to see and feel the benefits of resistance training

INTERMEDIATE Give Me Strength Club is for you if:
* you are confident with using a barbell for squats, bench press and deadlift, but you need some confidence with your technique
* you are ready to progress your training
* you want to iron out any bad habits in your lifting

An initial 1hr 1:1 PT session:
A 1:1 session to go over basic techniques and give you an initial confidence boost.

8 week progressive programme on a Training App:
3 or 4 sessions a week (depending on your schedule) programmed on trainerize – an online training app where you will have all of your progress and a record of the work you’ve done at your fingertips

A weekly private gym session (led by rachel):
Gym facilities at R Lukins Fitness (near Blandford) open privately for those that are in one of my three clubs (maximum 25 ladies) on a Sunday afternoon (4pm – 5.30pm). Rachel will be there for the duration to help and guide you through your session.

(Beginners only) Weekly semi-private gym space:
The pump room at R Lukins Fitness will be reserved for you on a Tuesday evening between 6pm and 9pm. This will be a self led session, but Rachel will be available to you to help and guide you in the right direction.

Support and guidance:
I am there for you when you have any questions – either via messaging on the training app, via WhatsApp, or in person if you train at R Lukins Fitness. I am there for you to check your technique via video analysis outside of the group coaching session. If you feel you need any additional 1:1 sessions through the 12 weeks, this can be arranged on an adhoc basis.

Testing Day:
This is a group session where everyone will test their 1 rep max in the Squat, Bench and Deadlift. It’s a competition against yourself and no one else. Both beginners and intermediate lifters will come together for a day of proving to yourself what you are capable of.

The testing day is not mandatory, but it is included in the package cost.

This club will be held at R Lukins Fitness, Pimperne (near Blandford). If you are not a member, you are able to pay for 2 months membership to cover you for the duration (£32 per month).

If you would like to book the intermediate club, please contact me – I just need to make sure the club is suitable for you first!

There are two options for payment below. Either pay a deposit now to secure your place, or pay in full. Full payment is required by the end of December 2022.
