Rachel’s coaching is based around educating you on the key principles behind your goals to ensure you not only know what you need to be doing to reach your goal but also how to then maintain your results long term.

**COVID-19 REGULATIONS: The current regulations mean that I am unable to do Personal Training in a gym or indoor venue. As of the 5th November 2020, I am able to provide 1:1 Personal Training outside, in a public venue. Therefore, I am currently able to offer:

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMME

Online personal training is a great tool – Having Rachel deliver a workout program to you electronically means that you can access your workout on your mobile devices at any time, anywhere.

Like one-to-one training in person, you will get workouts tailored to your goals and fitness level. They will also be tailored to your environment – Online Personal Training programmes can be written for home workouts with little to no equipment. They can also be written for you to follow in your gym.

TWO PACKAGES AVAILABLE:

PACKAGE 1: £55 (4 weeks) CURRENTLY WAITLIST ONLY

This package does need dedication and commitment, and we want to be honest about that. For this to work, you need to want it. You need to be able to commit to 2 workouts a week (in your own time), you need to commit to checking in with Rachel each week by answering a few questions, and you need to commit to giving it at least 8 weeks to see any changes. The more you give to it, the more you get out of the workouts and Rachel. 

This package includes:

Consultation Via an online form or video call – depending on what you prefer.This will help me understand your goals so I know what you need/want. 

Weekly Workout Plan (4 weeks) A Personalised workout plan, updated each week. This is tailored to you and your goals and works with whatever equipment you may have. No equipment is necessary though. We have an exercise library on Youtube which we link you to, so you can see how to do each exercise and what they are good for. 

Check in On a given day of the week, Rachel will ask you to answer a few questions about your week. We can then use this information to change the workout for the following week. We will record you a video each week to talk you through the plan and explain what we have changed and why, and will answer any questions you have along the way too. 

Nutrition Not everyone wants nutrition advice, but if you want it, I can make a few suggestions. If you want a personalised guide, let us know, but this is extra. We can explain how much and what’s included if you are interested. 

Support You don’t have to wait until your check in day if you have any questions. You can drop us a message at any time and we will try our best to help. If you want to send us videos of you doing any of the exercises, we can look at your form and give you feedback. And if we need to, we can set up a video call to go over any exercises you may be struggling with. 

Results If you are dedicated and committed to the programme, we are confident you will see results. Ideally you will be able to do a minimum of 2 x 30-45min workouts a week. If you do this, you are likely to start seeing results in 8 weeks. 

PACKAGE 2: £45 (4 weeks)

This package also requires dedication and commitment, but it’s a lot less ‘hands on’ from our end. The biggest difference is that we write the 4 week plan at the start and you follow it without checking in each week. This means we cannot tailor the package each week, depending on how the past week went.

If you stay committed to it, you will still see results, it might just take a little longer. It doesn’t give you as much accountability as you do not check in with us each week, so you need to know you will stick to it without us. If you know you’ll stick to it, and would prefer not to have to answer questions each week, this will absolutely work for you. 

This package includes:

4 Week Workout Plan A Personalised workout plan upfront for 4 weeks. This is tailored to you and your goals and works with whatever equipment you may have. No equipment is necessary though.
