A one-off online consultation. This will involve a diet and health questionnaire and then we will talk through your goals. A one off informative and personalised guide will then be sent to you to work through.

  • Personalised calorie and macro nutrient plan, but without the weekly check in’s. I will provide you with the information for you to use on your own.
  • This plan shows you how you can track your meals without weighing everything out and using any apps like MyFitness Pal.
  • A nutrition guide to educate you on all aspects of nutrition.
  • Free recipe/meal idea ebooks.
  • Example meal plans to give you ideas for how to hit your macros.
  • I am still available for questions, so if there is anything you are struggling with along the way, you can still reach out and ask.

Nutrition Plan

£55.00 for first 4 weeks
£50 for subsequent 4 week blocks

A 4 week personalised calorie and Macro-nutrient plan. This will involve an in-depth consultation followed by weekly check-ins by email for calorie and macro-nutrient adjustments. Full support will be given.
