These sessions will be recorded and a link will be sent to you shortly after the live class – so if you cannot attend for any reason (or you enjoyed it so much you want to do it again πŸ˜‰) you can watch it and catch up on demand.

SUNDAY STRETCH AND FLEX:
Sunday 9am
With a passion for helping people move through daily life with more energy, less pain, greater ease, and better focus, this Stretch and Flex class uses techniques that release excess tension while strengthening to help hold your body in balance.

FULL BODY STRENGTH:
Monday 6pm
Start your week strong. This 30minute class comprises of a short mobility warm up, a priming sequence to get your body ready for two strength circuits. These include lower body, upper body and core movements.

FULL BODY SCULPT:
Tues 6pm
This 30minute class comprises of a short mobility warm up, and a priming sequence to get your body ready for two strength circuits. These include lower body, upper body and core movements. Weights are required for this class – either a dumbbell or a kettlebell. However, you can also use makeshift weights such as water bottles, a bottle of washing liquid – please message me if you’re unsure of what you could use.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING:
Wednesday 7.30pm
A super fun 30 minute sweat class that requires zero kit, and is a great way to boost your energy mid week.

LOWER BODY AND CORE STRENGTH:
Thursday 7.30am
This 30 minute class focuses on your legs, glutes, abs and core, along with cardiovascular fitness. A great morning class to energise you for the day.

**Apart from full body sculpt, classes will be bodyweight only. However, if you have kettlebells/dumbbells or barbells you can use them.

HOW IT WORKS:
Sign up to the classes you would like to attend. Shortly before each workout you will receive an email with a Zoom link. The class will be filmed and uploaded to YouTube. After each class that you have signed up to, I will email you the link to the unlisted YouTube video so if you were unable to attend the class live (or you would like to do it again!) you can do this in your own time. Due to licencing rules, the on-demand version will not have any music so you will need to play your own playlist.
