If you want to get stronger, fitter and healthier in 2021, then our small group outdoor bootcamp is for you! It will work your heart and lungs and give almost every muscle in your body a workout. The 30/40 minute session will involve a warm-up and cool-down, bodyweight exercises, running/jogging, stretching, relays, and exercises/challenges with a physically distanced partner.
These classes can only go ahead while we are in Tier 3, and are only open to those living in a Tier 3 area. They will be held in Winterborne Whitechurch and will go ahead in most weather conditions.
The first thing you might think of when you hear the word ‘Bootcamp’ is a military style PT shouting at you while you do 50 press ups. Please don’t let that put you off as that’s not me…Knowing when to push you in an effort to give you your desired results, but also knowing when to hold back and give you a break, I will listen to you and treat you as an individual. Rachel will keep you continuously progressing both mentally and physically.
All levels of fitness are welcome, although it will be more tailored to beginners – we can all have fun whilst exercising together.
