JANUARY: How to train hard and build muscle

Start your year by learning the training skill most people never master: how to actually work hard enough to see results. In this interactive session at R Lukins Fitness, you’ll learn how to use RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) to push your training to the level where muscle growth happens. I’ll walk you through real gym examples, break down what hard sets look and feel like, and show you how to apply it to your own workouts.
You’ll leave with a personalised “Hard Set Checklist” and your job is to complete 3 true RPE 9–10 sets in your next workout using what you learned. Bring it back to me for feedback if you want to refine your technique and intensity.
