Phase 1 (Weeks 1–4): Build Your Base
We set clear goals, introduce training that fits your lifestyle, and establish habits that you can actually stick to.

Phase 2 (Weeks 5–8): Progress & Consistency
This is where you’ll start to feel the changes: more energy, stronger lifts, clothes fitting better. Nutrition becomes simpler, and consistency feels natural.

Phase 3 (Weeks 9–12): Empower & Evolve
You’ll feel in control of your training and nutrition. You’ll see your body and mindset change and you’ll have the confidence to continue, knowing exactly what works for you.

After 90 Days: Choose Your Path

Your foundation is built. From here, you choose your path:

  • Continue with 1:1 Coaching to keep growing with full support (£179/per month)
  • Transition to the momentum package if you feel ready to take more independence (£129/per month)

Either way, you’ll have the skills, habits, and confidence to never have to “start again” with another diet or programme.
