As a personal trainer who works exclusively with women, I see it all the time: the gym can feel intimidating. There’s confusion around where to start, fear of judgment, or just that sense that maybe it’s “too late.” I’m here to tell you…it’s not. It’s never too late to start building strength, both physically and mentally.
