Do I need a gym membership?
Not at all. Your program is built around what’s available to you – whether that’s a full gym, home equipment, or just your body weight. You’ll get effective, tailored workouts either way.
How much does it cost?

How do I sign up?
To sign up, just complete the application form. I only work with a limited number of clients at a time to make sure each programme is highly personalised. The form helps me understand your goals, values, and what you’re looking for, so I can see if we’re the right fit to work together. Please answer openly and with as much detail as you feel comfortable sharing.
Is this just for weight loss?
Not at all – and in fact, many clients come for weight loss but stay for the strength, confidence, and long-term changes they gain. We focus on building a stronger, healthier, more empowered you – from the inside out.
Do you have a lower priced package?
Right now, the 90-Day Foundation Programme is the starting point for all new clients. It’s designed this way because I want every client I work with to get the level of support, personalisation, and attention needed to build real, lasting results. I’m not a “cookie-cutter plan” coach – I’m hands-on, I get to know you, and I take pride in delivering a high standard of coaching. Think of it like the difference between M&S and Aldi: both have their place, but I operate firmly at the quality end of the scale.
After your initial 90 days, you can transition into the lower-cost Momentum Coaching membership, which is £129 per month. This option still gives you personalised programming, support, and accountability, just with bi-weekly check-ins instead of weekly. It’s designed for people who already have their foundation in place and just need continued guidance rather than intensive weekly coaching.
So yes, there is a lower-priced option, but only once you’ve gone through the level of coaching that ensures you’re set up for long-term success. My priority is giving you the highest standard of care, not the lowest price.
